Hi, Iām Seth.
I am dual-certified as a mental health counselor and school counselor with over 12 years of experience providing compassionate, authentic, and evidence-based care. Using my deep understanding of family systems, I have partnered with children and their families in Lower Manhattan as they navigate the challenging life stage of adolescence.
My goal is to work with clients as they manage challenges and help them find balance, resilience, and a sense of purpose. My approach integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
With a warm and non-judgmental style, I aim to foster a safe space for exploration and growth, empowering clients to build healthy coping skills and transform their perspectives. Holding a Master's in Counseling from Fordham University and an Advanced Graduate Certificate from the State University at Buffalo I am committed to continuous learning to provide the best support possible. I look forward to working together as you navigate this journey that is life.
