You are not alone.

Therapy for Postpartum

“This is not what I expected

New parenthood can be filled with joy and excitement, but the transition can also be overwhelming and isolating. As a first time parent myself, I know this phase of life can be a rollercoaster.

You might be feeling:

  • Persistent sadness or tearfulness

  • Anxiety or panic attacks

  • Intrusive thoughts or worries you can’t control

  • Irritability or anger

  • Difficulty bonding with your baby

  • Relationship struggles

  • Trouble adjusting to your new identities

With compassionate support, you will be able to find relief, joy, and yourself again.

Together, we can work towards a healthier, more balanced experience of motherhood.

Postpartum support from someone who understands.

The postpartum period is beautiful, complex, vulnerable and filled with new stressors. Whether you're struggling with postpartum depression, increased anxiety, adjusting to new dynamics within your family or navigating the aftermath of a difficult birth experience, therapy can help. I believe deeply in the need for new moms to have a space to process and get support, which is why I have received advanced training in the treatment of Perinatal Mood Disorders from Postpartum Support International.

Reaching out for help during such an emotional time can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. I am dedicated to helping women build the support system they need postpartum and would love to be part of yours.
