Wherever you are! A benefit of tele-therapy is that you can take your sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable. (as long as you are in New York!)

The rate for a standard 50 minute session is $175.

I am an out of network provider and happily provide superbills to all my clients for insurance reimbursement. If your insurance provides out-of-network coverage for services, you could be reimbursed anywhere from 50%-80% of each session cost. Services are paid for out of pocket and then reimbursements are made directly to you by your insurance company if you have out-of-network coverage.

During our first session we will begin to get acquainted! I will ask you questions to learn more about you, your background, and where you are in life currently. We will also go over logistics such as scheduling and make a plan for moving forward!
