You can Find Relief.

Therapy for anxiety

Overcome anxiety with compassionate support.

What is anxiety?

I like to describe anxiety to my clients as an internal fire alarm, there to warn us when something is not right. When we are anxious, this fire alarm works over time, resulting in symptoms such as:

  • Racing thoughts

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Shortness of breath

  • Feelings of panic/dread

When untreated, anxiety can have a negative impact on all areas of your life, from work and relationships to daily routines.

You’re ready to feel present again.

How therapy works

You are unique, which means your experience of anxiety is unique too.

My goal is to understand what anxiety is like for you in order to collaborate on the best path forward.

In therapy for anxiety, we will explore past experiences that may be impacting your present emotions and behaviors. By understanding your past, we can foster better self-awareness and insight in the present.

We will also examine the negative thoughts and triggers that are contributing to your anxiety and work on building a toolbox of coping skills to manage symptoms day to day.

Together, we will work towards helping you feel more present and less controlled by spirals of anxious thinking.

Therapy for anxiety can help you…

  • Identify and pause negative thought patterns

  • Develop coping tools

  • Feel more present

  • Increase self awareness and understanding

  • Improve mood

You don’t have to do it alone.
